Students of St.Kabir School, Naranpura branch celebrated this Independence Day with the theme – Reduce and Repurpose. Students used old cloth pieces, papers, pom poms, glass pieces and beads to made Torans with tricolours. They also decorated Diyas on the same theme. Rakhis were made using materials available at home. We decorated our assembly Hall using these things, rather than using balloons and plastic flags which are non-biodegradable and harm the environment.
